


We just experienced a major disaster in Florida with Hurricane Ian and they are helping by overcharging the customers. I think they are taking advantage of the situation in this country to make extra money. All those fees is extra money going to the dealer's pocket with zero value to the customer.

“Market Price Adjustment” is $5,000 plus a few more fees they added to increase the price over the MSRP factory sticker. I called Lexus customer service and complained about this dealer, the customer service representative agreed it's a total RIP-OFF. In my opinion, this is a total RIP-OFF to Lexus customers. and the price of the car is $8,044 over MSRP STICKER PRICE. I called this dealer and talked to a salesperson about buying a 2023 Lexus NX 450H +, she told me she spoke with Chez G. They gave various reasons why I was charged more, nothing resolved. Called GM *******************, left vm, called sales person, he called back w/the finance mgr. So I had been taken advantage of (female knowing nothing of cars) not only in price but basically gave them my car. Leaving I felt I had been taken advantage of, so today went through numbers sales price had increased from ****** to ******, they slipped in Anti Theft for ****** / Appearance protect for ****** and I only got ******** for my trade in. They would deliver the next morning, Sat. After all paperwork completed, they gave me a loaner as they had to clean the one I purchased and put a new battery in it. Kept pushing me to buy an extended warranty. ***** said that it was correct because other deductions had been made so in fact that was not really the true list.

When we came to the break down, I questioned the List of the vehicle having increased to $******.05.
